Daytime Book Club meets on fourth Thursday morning of the month to discuss the book selected for that month. Our mission statement is to read fun, easy, light, selections that will hopefully make you laugh and provide for lively discussion. We take turns meeting in member's homes.
The Evening Book Club meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm to discuss a book chosen by the group. The selected books vary from fiction to nonfiction, humorous to historical. Anyone who loves to read is welcome!
Bunco is an easy to learn dice game. Cost is $5.00 per month, paid a month in advance. Bunco #1 meets on the last Tuesday of the month, with the hostess providing the complete meal for the evening. Substitutes are often needed, so please call the chairperson if you are interested.

Bunco #3 meets on the second Wednesday of the month. Our members each take a turn as hostess and providing a full meal once a year. Permanent positions are available and substitutes are often needed, so please call the chairperson if you are interested.
The Bunco Belles meet on the third Friday morning of the month. The
dice game costs $5.00 per month, paid on the scheduled date. The hostess will decide if prizes or cash will be presented at the end of the game. The hostess is rotated monthly and serves guests a light snack and refreshment. The group usually meets for lunch afterwards. Substitutes are often needed; please call the chairperson if you are interested.
The Membership Coordinator is responsible for keeping an up to date database with all contact information on every member. This position is also responsible for producing mailing labels for the monthly newsletter.
The Newsletter Coordinator creates and distributes monthly newsletter. The newsletter is printed 11 times a year, and comes out on the first of every month with the exception of the June/July double issue.
The Publicity Chair creates and distributes press releases and photos to local media. These press releases include information about NTWA events, community service and other important announcements. The Publicity Chair also creates the monthly advertisement published in the New Territory News, and The NTRCA monthly newsletter.
The Yahoo Group Moderator sets up the Yahoo Group that the NTWA uses as a means of communication. Through the Yahoo Group, members can view the monthly newsletter, view the monthly calendar, email other members to plan events or share information.
The Community Service committee organizes ways for us to help the community. Some examples are school supplies, clothing, food and toy drives, as well as monetary donations.
The Hospitality committee arranges the food and refreshments for our September, January and May general meetings, as well as for other activities that may occur during the year. This committee is also responsible for sending out evites to each general meeting.
The Sunshine Committee is responsible for organizing meals for members who are in need. If you become aware of a member with a situation that needs a little sunshine please call one of the chairpersons.
The Welcoming Committee calls and/or emails new members to let them know how the NTWA works and describe the different committees. The Welcoming Committee holds one Welcoming Lunch per year for the new members.
The Historian takes and collects photos of the organization throughout the year. Scrapbook pages are then created by member volunteers.
Couples Game Night is a great way to get your husbands connected, as well as, yourself. If you and your husband love playing games in a casual, friendly competitive atmosphere, then Game Night is right for you. We meet once a month at a different member’s home. Each member only host once a year. The host couple is responsible for the main dist and the game to be played. Everyone else on you team brings items to complete the meal. We try to keep it fun and exciting…yet low cost, low-stress, and fun
The Craft group meets on the first Thursday morning of the month. We make a variety of different crafts throughout the year, using a variety of materials such as metal, wood, fabric and glass. The projects are fun and easily duplicated again after instruction. We promote a positive environment with a can-do attitude.

This group meets monthly for a ladies night out! The group is open for everyone to join us at anytime. LNO offers a movie and possibly dinner or dessert. This is a chance to enjoy an evening out and socialize with the wonderful women in the NTWA.
Pee Wee Playgroup is open to moms and their children. Activities are geared for children 2 & under, but older siblings are welcome.
Playgroup is open to moms and their children. They meet on Wednesday mornings at 10 AM to do fun activities with the kids. Activities are geared for children ages 2-5 years; however, younger children and siblings are welcome.
The Professional Women’s Networking Group meets the third Thursday of each month. Evening and day meetings will be scheduled in order to have flexibility for all professional women. We will discuss ways to improve our businesses such as customer service, organization, marketing, etc. A different topic chosen by the group will be discussed each month. Guest speakers and group members will be encouraged to present topics that provide members with business strategies that could assist them in their professional goals. All women are welcome to attend.
Daytime scrapbooking meets from 9:00 AM -noon on the second Thursday of the month to work on scrapbooks and/or photo albums. The meeting place rotates between members.
The Evening Scrapbook Group meets the first Friday of each month at 7 p.m. in one of the meeting rooms upstairs at Ellis Creek. Members bring their own snack/drinks, along with all necessary Scrapbooking supplies. Occasionally, we meet at members’ homes for the evening, or plan to attend a crop night at a local scrapbook store.
The Web Mistress maintains and updates the NTWA website with information relevant to members, throughout the year.
